The event of 2021 Fintech Elite Club is hosted by Xingtai Financial Holdings (Group) Co Ltd and academically guided by the Institute for Fintech Research, Tsinghua University. The projects collected for the competition cover various fields including banking technology, securities technology, insurance technology, asset management technology, credit and loan service technology, blockchain technology and financial information service. It also invites academic heavyweights and representatives from leading investment institutions and relevant regulatory bodies to form an evaluation panel that has strong industry influence and professionalism.

From preliminary project selections to online semi-finals and then to the offline final, the event organizer has always committed to improving the exchange platform that features the highest industrial value for innovative, entrepreneurial, and growth teams.

Since the announcement of the event in December 2020 and in just a little bit more than three months for project collection and selection, the competition has not only attracted a number of high-quality fintech entrepreneurial projects from Beijing, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Ningbo, Hefei and other places, but also brought together many innovation projects from Anhui local large-scale financial institutions and leading fintech enterprises, such as China Merchants Bank Hefei Branch, Everbright Bank Hefei Branch, Guoyuan Securities, and Anhui Dic Data Financial Tech.
