Hefei Binhu Financial Town Management Co Ltd was jointly founded on December 25, 2017 by Hefei Xingtai Financial Holdings (Group) Co Ltd, China State Construction International Investments Limited, Hefei Binhu Financial Investment Group Co Ltd, and Xingtai Holding Company (Hong Kong) Limited. Now the company has a registered capital of 500 million yuan and is responsible for all the work in the whole industry chain relating to the construction of the town, including investment and financing, planning and design, development and construction, business promotion, and operation and management. As of now, the company has a total of 36 employees, including 11 CPC members. The average age of the employees is 33 years old. About 94% of the employees have a bachelor or above degree, and among them, 37% have a master or above degree. Many employees have professional qualifications or professional titles, such as first-class construction engineer, certified supervision engineer, certified cost engineer, certified tax agent, senior engineer, senior accountant, etc.

  • Participate in the early product positioning and format planning of the company's projects;

  • Be responsible for the preparation and effective implementation of investment promotion plan and work plan;

  • Participate in the introduction and management of investment promotion agencies;

  • Be responsible for the introduction, negotiation and contract signing of enterprises and the adjustment and optimization of business formats.

I hope you——

  • Under 35 years old; Full time graduate degree or above, unlimited major;

  • At least 3 years working experience, with investment promotion management experience in commercial, office building and industrial real estate projects, or working experience in financial industry is preferred;

  • Good market insight and analysis ability, good at integrating resources;

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, strong sense of responsibility, and pay attention to teamwork.

  • Be responsible for relevant work of engineering construction project management, including but not limited to engineering project quality, progress, safety and civilization, etc.

  • The project preparation stage is responsible for formulating the project construction plan and various plans, the construction stage is responsible for the on-site management and control of the project, implementing the implementation of various plans, and cooperating with relevant maintenance and rectification work in the operation stage.

I hope you——

  • Under 35 years old; Full time bachelor degree or above, major in engineering management is preferred;

  • More than 3 years of management experience in the same position, presided over the whole cycle construction of construction projects, and management experience in large and medium-sized construction project construction units is preferred;

  • Be familiar with the process standards and technical requirements of civil engineering, electromechanical, installation and other disciplines on the project site;

  • Be familiar with relevant knowledge of construction, construction management and project management, and master national, local and industrial regulations, laws and other aspects;

  • Professional qualifications such as first-class constructor are preferred.
